TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Golden Churn Butter Jom Raya 2025 Contest (the “Contest”) is organised by GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 162820-U) (the “Organiser”), whose registered office is located at Wisma GBA 2, Lot 8, Jalan PPU 3, Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia.
2. The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above, except employees and their immediate families of:
   • the Organiser and its affiliated companies, and
   • wholesalers or retailers that sell the participating products of this Contest.
3. Participating products (products must be distributed by GBA Corporation Sdn Bhd) :
   • GOLDEN CHURN BUTTER FOILED WRAPPED SALTED BUTTER 250G
   • GOLDEN CHURN BUTTER FOILED WRAPPED GOLDEN CHURN BUTTERUNSALTED BUTTER 227G
   • GOLDEN CHURN BUTTER SALTED TUB BUTTER 250G
   • GOLDEN CHURN BUTTER OLIVE TUB BUTTER 200G
   • GOLDEN CHURN BUTTER AVOCADO TUB BUTTER 200G
   • GOLDEN CHURN CANNED BUTTER 340g 
4. Purchase minimum RM15 worth of the GOLDEN CHURN BUTTER products in a single receipt/sales invoice at any participating  outlets to be eligible to enter the Contest. 
5. Each receipt/sales invoice entry must be submitted within the Contest period. Please ensure that the participating outlet name, purchase date, receipt/sales invoice number, participating product(s) purchased and amount spent on participating products(s) purchased are clearly visible in a single photo of the receipt/sales invoice. Long receipts/sales invoices should be folded to display the required information only. Receipts/sales invoices not within the Contest period, duplicate receipts/sales invoices, unclear receipts/sales invoices or invalid receipts/sales invoices submitted will be disqualified.
6. Each entry submitted must be complete and accurate. Any incomplete and/or inaccurate entry will be disqualified.
7. There is no limit to the number of entries submitted as long as each entry submitted fulfills the Contest conditions set out herein. However each household is only allowed to win one [1] prize during the entire Contest period.
8. The Organiser will allocate serial numbers according to the purchase amount as stated in the receipt submitted. For every RM15 [Ringgit Malaysia Fifteen], the Organiser will allocate ONE [1] serial number. For example:

   If you purchase RM15.20 of the participating products in a single receipt, the Organiser will allocate ONE [1] serial number.

   If you purchase RM45.20 of participating products in a single receipt, the Organiser will allocate THREE [3] serial numbers.

9. Prize Winner selection process
   • ONE [1] Grand Prize winner will be chosen based on the most number of serial numbers amongst all the entries received.
   • FIVE [5] First Prize winners will be selected based on the consecutive five most number of serial numbers following the Grand Prize winner’s submissions.
   • SIXTY FIVE [65] Consolation Prize winners will be selected based on the consecutive sixty five most number of serial numbers following the First Prize winners’ submissions. 
     
   • Should a tie occur in the selection of the Grand Prize, First Prize or Consolation Prize winners, the determination will be made based on the date of submission for the Contest, the earlier submission will be considered as the person who crosses the line first.
   • Winners will be announced within twenty eight [28] days after the end of the Contest at Golden Churn Butter Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/OfficialGoldenChurn). The Organiser will contact the winner via WhatsApp and request for a photo of the NRIC (only the left section – clearly showing the NRIC number, full name and address; photo of scanned/printed copy will not be accepted) for verification and delivery purpose. The winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited in the event that another person from the same household has already won a prize during the Contest period.
     
10. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry if the Organiser discovers that
    • the Participant had submitted a similar receipt with other entries;
    • if the entry is incomplete, wrong, spoilt, late or submitted without the Proof of Purchase. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt;
    • if fraud or cheating is suspected, including without limitation, through the manipulation of code or otherwise frequently falsifying data.
11. The Organiser will make three [3] attempts to reach the winners. If the winner does not respond within seven [7] days after the final attempt, the winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited.
    
12. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the selected winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
    
13. The Organiser will courier out the prize within twenty-eight [28] days from the date of receiving full information from the winner. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after twenty-eight [28] from the date of delivery.
    
14. Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
15. The Organiser, GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend the Contest rules and/or substitute the prizes for other items of equivalent value without prior notice and no claim shall be made against GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. with respect to such substitute for any of the prizes.
16. By taking part in this Contest, you understand and accept without condition that the Organiser may elect to use your personal information contained herein for internal and/or external marketing purposes in any manner it deems fit, whilst according to your privacy or confidentiality.
17. By participating in the Contest, you are taken to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Contest Terms & Conditions, and accept that all decisions by the Organiser are final and binding.
18. The Organiser accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for any loss, injury, death or expense resulting from the participation of the Contest.
19. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the Terms and Conditions, set herein without any prior notice.
