1. The FISHERMAN’S FRIEND X AEON YEAR END BUY & WIN CONTEST 2025 (the “Contest”) is organised by GBA Corporation Sdn.Bhd. (Company No. 162820-U) (the “Organiser”), whose registered office is located at Wisma GBA 2, Lot 8, Jalan PPU 3, Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia, in collaboration with AEON Malaysia (the “Partner”), whose registered office is located at Jalan Jejaka, Taman Maluri, Cheras, 55100 Kuala Lumpur
2. The Contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above, except employees and their immediate families of the Organiser, Partner and their affiliated companies.
3. Participating products: Fisherman’s Friend Malaysia range of products distributed by GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd.; Fisherman’s Friend Sugar Free Original (25g), Fisherman’s Friend Sugar Free Lemon (25g), Fisherman’s Friend Sugar Free Mint (25g), Fisherman’s Friend Sugar Free Citrus (25g), Fisherman’s Friend Sugarfree Blackcurrant (25g).
4. Purchase a minimum of 2 packets of Fisherman’s Friend in a single receipt at any AEON Store in Malaysia to be eligible to enter the Contest.
5. Each receipt/sales invoice must be submitted within the Contest period. Please ensure that the participating outlet name, purchase date, receipt/sales invoice number, participating product(s) purchased and amount spent on participating products(s) purchased are clearly visible in the photo of the receipt/sales invoice. Receipts/sales invoices not within the Contest period, duplicate receipts/sales invoices or unclear receipts/sales invoices submitted will be disqualified.
6. Each entry submitted must be complete and accurate. Any incomplete and/or inaccurate entry will be disqualified.
7. There is no limit to the number of entries submitted as long as each entry submitted fulfils the Contest conditions set out herein. However each household is only allowed to win one [1] prize during the entire Contest period.
8. All entries received by the Organiser during the Contest period will be allocated a serial number according to the participating products purchased as stated in the receipt submitted in the Contest form.
9. The Organiser will allocate serial numbers according to the quantity of Fisherman’s Friend product stated in the receipt submitted. For every 2 packets of Fisherman’s Friend product, the Organiser will allocate ONE [1] serial number. For example:
   • If you purchase THREE [3] packets of Fisherman’s Friend product of the participating products in a single receipt, the Organiser will allocate ONE [1] serial number.
   • If you purchase EIGHT [8] of participating products in a single receipt, the Organiser will allocate FOUR [4] serial numbers.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry if the Organiser discovers that
    • the Participant had submitted a similar receipt with other entries;
    • if the entry is incomplete, wrong, spoilt, late or submitted without the Proof of Purchase. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt;
    • if fraud or cheating is suspected, including without limitation, through the manipulation of code or otherwise frequently falsifying data.
11. Winner Selection:
    
    1. TEN [10] Weekly Top Spender winners will be chosen based on the most number of serial numbers amongst all the entries received.
    2. ONE HUNDRED [100] Weekly winners will be selected by dividing the total allocated serial numbers by the total number of prizes.
    3. Should a tie occur in the selection of the winners, the determination will be made based on the date of submission for the contest, the earlier submission will be considered as the person who crosses the line first.
12. Winners will be announced within thirty [30] days after the end of the Contest and Fisherman’s Friend Malaysia social media accounts (Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/fishermansfriendmalaysia and Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/fishermansfriendmy/). The Organiser will contact the winner via Whatsapp and request for a photo of the NRIC (only the left section – clearly showing the NRIC number, full name and address; photo of scanned/printed copy will not be accepted) for verification and delivery purpose. The winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited in the event that another person from the same household has already won a prize during the Contest period.
13. The Organiser will make three [3] attempts to reach the winner. If the winner does not respond within seven [7] days after the final attempt, the winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited.
14. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the selected winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
15. The Organiser will courier out the prize within twenty-eight [28] days from the date of receiving full information from the winner. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after thirty [30] from the date of delivery.
16. Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
17. The Organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend the Contest rules and/or substitute the prizes for other items of equivalent value without prior notice and no claim shall be made against GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. with respect to such substitute for any of the prizes.
18. By taking part in this Contest, you understand and accept without condition that the Organiser may elect to use your personal information contained herein for internal and/or external marketing purposes in any manner it deems fit, whilst according to your privacy or confidentiality.
19. By participating in the Contest, you are taken to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Contest Terms & Conditions, and accept that all decisions by the Organiser are final and binding.
20. The Organiser accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for any loss, injury, death or expense resulting from the participation of the Contest.
21. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the Terms and Conditions, set herein without any prior notice.
22. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate and/or suspend the Contest, without the need to provide any prior notice.
23. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest is final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
